Reception and follow-up of clients;

Providing massages and treatments to clients;

Recommending treatments to clients, knowing how to recognize and clarify their doubts, in order to meet their needs and expectations;

Keep equipment and work spaces in good condition and hygienic;

Knowing and carefully complying with the protocols established by the employer;

Selling and recommending branded products. What we need from you

Certificate of training and/or diploma in the area of Health and Wellness / Spa;

Good physical resistance, in order to adapt to any treatment, from the least to the most demanding;

Availability to work shifts / flexible hours

Capacity for active listening, always maintaining the confidentiality that the function requires;

Minimum of 1 year experience

Experience in the luxury sector valued
