Spa Therapist

Job Description:

• Must hold a Spa or Spa qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Experience in massage, facials & body spa treatments
• A warm and caring personality o Willing to work as part of a team
• Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve customer service goals
• Have a true love and passion for what you do as a Spa professional
• Work to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene o Punctual, self-organized and motivated
• Fluent English

Therapist Care Programme:

• Casual & permanent contracts available
• Monitored massage quota
• Each therapist is allocated up to 2.25 hours throughout the day for turnover, prep & cleaning time
• 1 hour lunch break
• Retail commission
• Premium rate for Sunday 
• Customer Service Incentives
• 2 Sundays or Saturdays off per month (where possible)
• Training with in-house trainers
• External training to expand your certifications e.g., Hot stones Massage, Indian Head Massage
• Development opportunities - Junior, Senior & Head Therapist/Trainer
