Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Castle Arch Hotel, Ardboyne Hotel and Newgrange Hotel. Our hotel is located in Trim, 30 mins from Dublin Airport and 15 minutes from Newgrange.

Our 131 room hotel and 28 self-catering holiday homes includes, fine dining restaurant, lounge, Swifts Bar, The River Spa, Health centre and pool and our award winning 18 hole resort golf course designed by Christy O’Connor junior.

Our Spa team are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable part-time Spa Therapist to join their professional, highly skilled and a strong leader. Job description:

To provide the highest level of spa treatment therapy to in-house guests, members and non-members alike. To ensure you achieve set targets for productive hours and retail sales by a thorough understanding of your product and self-promotion of yourself to your clients in order to build your own, consistent member and non-member clientele.

The Role:

  • To deliver the highest level of consistent spa treatment & therapy at all times
  • To deliver the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • To ensure absolute client confidentiality at all times.
  • To be instrumental in the promotion and selling of spa treatments – leading to bookings & re-bookings
  • To reach set targets for productive hours & re-bookings
  • To reach set targets for retail sales
  • Responsible for the delivery of your client ‘journey’ – meet, greet, host, pamper, finish, take to desk, handover
  • Team player in the promotion and sales of membership, products, gift vouchers
  • To ensure accurate stocktaking and stock levels at all times & for monthly stocktaking reports
  • Meeting and greeting, directing and serving of all guests who cross your path
  • Accurate treatment administration & record keeping
  • Responsibility for the correct handling and recording of revenue and any monies you might take through the business
  • Ensuring all areas offer a clean and safe environment
