• Responsible for carrying out general reception duties at the spa;
• Performing data entry tasks in the system;
• Organizing schedules for therapists and beauticians;
• Answering questions from clients regarding the operation of the spa;
• Supporting guests in any way requested;
• Ensuring the smooth running of the spa.

• Attendance, responsibility and sense of duty;
• Dynamic, proactive personality and a love of doing things well;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of excellent customer service;
• Fluency in English;
• Spa experience in 5-star hotels.
