Responsibilities

• Customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Spa
• Providing high-level services, scheduling and organizing therapies 
• Promoting and selling services and products
• Achievement of set performance goals
• Complying with company policies and procedures 
• Guiding and supervising spa team , encouraging teamwork 
• Handle costumer complaints 
• Effective communication with other departments of the hotel 

Qualifications

• Degree in  Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or related field
• Excellent Knowledge of English language 
• Good Knowledge of PC
• Familiarity with our industry and knowledge of additional language is a plus
