We are currently recruiting Spa & Wellness Cleaner to join our excellent Spa & Wellness team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of Spa & Leisure areas.
- Manage customer service issues effectively.
- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance Department.
- Upkeep of Spa and Pool area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- To ensure a high level of hotel and guest security at all times.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent people skills.
- Passion, energy, enthusiasm.
- A good understanding of hotel operation.
- Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Shift work and flexibility is required in this position.
