Look no further, we, the leading food service and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our talented team. This is a permanentfull time contract of 37.5 hours per week. This is a Monday to Friday role. The hours are 6.30am-14.30pm

You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.

About You:

  • Strong cooking skills - able to prepare complex food dishes in a refined way
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about working in a food service environment
  • Able to work positively with others as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Food Hygiene Certificate

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training any Demi-chef De Parties or Commis working with you
  • Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
