For the international hotel chain NH in the Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate for the position of Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef you are the driving force behind the kitchen team! You get the best out of your team members and provide a culinary experience for every guest. You support the Executive Chef in various projects to improve processes in the kitchen. In addition, you actively participate in cooking and focus on improving or updating the recipes based on the current trends. You support in activities such as making the work schedules, complying with, and checking hygiene procedures, managing the kitchen stock, and placing orders. You contribute to changes to the menu and to the development of recipes and calculations. This vacancy is available as of March 1st, 2022.
You are an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for products, dishes and you enjoy leading a team. You already have managerial experience in the kitchen of a restaurant or hotel.

The 2nd contract is a permanent contract. Salary: € 1945,96 - € 2393,31 depending on the postion. higher positions will have a higher salary. first 2-3 weeks possibility to stay inhouse to give you the possibility to find suitable accomodation
