What are the responsibilities of this Sous Chef Position?
- Prepare and serve dishes under the direction of The Head Chef with consistently meticulous attention to detail, showing a passion for the dish.
- Working in collaboration with the Head Chef on new menu ideas, training and specials
- Running the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef, showing meticulous attention to detail
- Work well with others within a busy environment that encourages a team mentality.
- Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
- Being Conscientious regarding potential waste.
What are the requirements of this Sous Chef Position?
- Similar experience in a Restaurant or Hotel.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment serving dishes to the highest of standard.
- Full knowledge of HACCP.
- Good standard and comprehension of English.
