What is going to be your mission?
- Lead and manage a team of 6 talent sources;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance the find of top talent for different HQ functions (finance, marketing, controlling, tech, etc.) across the countries where the company is based;
- Provide guidance, support, and performance reviews;
- Liaise with hiring managers and other decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs.
Work schedule: 8h per day from 09 am to 06 pm, from Monday to Friday
Workplace: Lisbon (close to Santa Apolónia)
Note: After the training period, you will be able to work in a hybrid model.
Our client is an international mobility service provider with about 2,000 locations in more than 100 countries. They are internationally active in the business areas of vehicle rental, car sharing, ride-hailing, and subscription.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field;
- Fluency in English at a written and spoken level;
- Knowledge of German is a big plus;
- Previous experience in a role managing a recruitment/sourcer team;
- Strong knowledge of diverse industries, such as tech, finance, among others;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
- You are experienced in using MS-Office programs – especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
