.Would you like the opportunity to oversee and drive exciting R&D projects? Do you have experience with coaching and training others in the skills of project management and agile methodologies? Are you a result driven, ambitious individual with a technical background? Then you may be our new Project Manager.



Fitting Solutions



In your new role, you will become part of an international team, located across three sites (DK, CH and PL). You will take part in creating a new platform for supporting our most modern and highly complex hearing instruments.



This is a challenging position where you will be responsible for leading a team, which includes developing, implementing and releasing a complex and high quality software product. You are managing the whole process from scoping, requirement specifications over design and implementation and releasing to final test, delivery, and documentation.



Your areas of responsibility thus include:



Leadership and project management of software development and releasing

Total accountability for the R&D delivery to the assigned program(s)

Develop and follow-up on delivery plans, milestones, resource management and daily progress

Generate and maintain release documentation, e.g. scope, project plans, risk analysis etc. according to defined processes

Ensure that development teams have an updated and prioritized product backlog

Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are continuously updated on release status and progress

Driving milestone meetings related to own deliveries and create necessary milestone documents

Ensure operational excellence by having optimized processes and ways of working which are driving a high quality product to the market on time

Could it be you?



You hold a degree in computer science, engineering or similar and have several years of experience as software project manager. Preferably, you have a formal certificate in Project Management as well as knowledge of agile methodologies.



You have most likely gained your project management experience within a technical field such as e.g. medico, telecommunication or software development.



As a project manager, you have experience with leading challenging projects within larger international matrix organizations. Coaching or training experience in project management or agile methodologies would furthermore be considered an asset.



As a person, you thrive in a position with numerous stakeholders and collaborating closely with your team colleagues. You are diplomatic, but also direct and convincing when needed. In addition, you are motivated by achieving results through effective planning and execution.
