Our Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a Java developer, who is passionate about working with application development and maintenance. You’d be joining a creative and flexible cross-functional team who is working in a strategically important area.

Our document management systemnew digital signing service and other services are growing rapidly day by day along with the team. We play with big volumes. Currently we process 17 million documents and the number will get to hundreds of millions next year. Our direct clients are bank employees in seven countries; we also provide services to millions of external visitors.

What joys and challenges do we offer you?

Our team has built up a new document management system using Oracle WCC platform, which is integrated with the Swedish and Baltic internet banks and other services like a BPM. Digital signing service covers many countries signatures with different signing methods like MobileID, SmartID etc. It is in-house Java application using Spring, running on WebSphere and automated with IBM UrbanCode Deploy etc.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Analysis and development of business requirements;
  • Development of the high quality program modules, taking into account the customer requirements, existing systems and relations;
  • Initial testing of the developed program modules;
  • Learning and promoting new technologies/solutions/working methods.

What superpowers do you need to succeed?



The right person for us is open-mindedsolution-oriented, an analytical thinker and fast learner, doesn’t lose courage and sense of humor under pressure or when confronted with routine tasks, and has the mind-set of a true team-player, but is not afraid to take responsibility.

In addition:

  • Solid Java skills;
  • Code hygiene (Clean Code, TDD etc.);
  • Experience with front-end development;
  • Experience with SQL or PL/SQL;
  • Confidence in spoken and written English (as it is the official working language and efficient communication with IT and business staff will be an important part of your job).

Extra points will be received for:

  • Linux skills and experience with Content Management or Document Management system (Oracle WebCenter Content, Sharepoint, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco, etc.).
