- Acquisition of new customers

- Contacting potential project partners

- Requirement gathering and quotation

- customer onboarding

- Project execution

- Budgeting and project team building

- Creation and control of project schedules

- Facilitation of project jourfixes and customer acceptance meetings

- requirements engineering

- Architecture and conception

- Project implementation

- enhancing

- Facilitation of reviews and retrospectives for improvement in

ongoing projects

- Active design of various internal training formats

Your profile:

- Independent work

- Curiosity and customer orientation

- Strong communication skills with customers and the development department

- Technical understanding in the area of web and app programming

- Practical programming experience in Java or JavaScript (ideally

with the frameworks Spring Boot or React)

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database systems

- Experience with agile techniques such as microservice architectures, CI/

CD, container and cloud technologies, test-driven development, etc.

- Optimally business understanding
