Create innovative campaigns and strategies at a global level As a Marketing Lead based in Billund, you collaborate with a very diverse stakeholder group to bring innovative global campaigns and strategies to life and provide direction for teams and stakeholders. Here, you will also adapt and roll out key social media strategies and campaigns, particularly to Nordic Benelux Baltics (NBB) markets, to complement the wider LEGO Strategy. Your responsibilities include: Developing global, annual social media strategies across adults´, parents´ and kids´ communities, including prioritising channels as well as identifying the most suited go-to-market approach Developing global social media editorial calendars and programming for key platforms and communities that feed into the global cross franchise calendar, in order to have a holistic view for all channels Using the global digital toolkit to devise local campaigns and planning for your markets Ongoing sparring with the Consumer Marketing Agency and Product Marketing Development on new trends and opportunities for social media and creative experiences Managing the LEGO TV app A global family with a shared vision The LEGO Group is a family-owned, international business where collaboration and creativity shapes everything we do. Social media pro with a strong global digital toolkit To be successful in this position, you are a master collaborator and problem solver, who is able to work out a solution on your own - or find the right people to liaise with who can help you. You facilitate this by being good at managing expectations and communicating in a pleasant and positive manner. In addition, we imagine you: Hold a degree in media or marketing management and have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or media Have a strong track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce win-win strategies Are experienced in developing global digital toolkits as well as local execution and planning Can gather insights on campaign performance, as well as evaluate and measure trends and changes in consumer behavior and translate them into content strategies Speak and write English fluently Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
