Job offer description

Site Supervisor duties include;

- Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality

- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects

- Organise daily work schedules and delegate roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew

- Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff

- Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organised, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage

Job requirements
  • Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU
  • Must be willing to travel for work to any active site
  • Previous experience leading a team working with concrete
  • Must have the ability to maintain focus under pressure
  • Good onsite and off-site communication skills
  • High attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Valid, clean driving license
  • Telehandler license
