Due to continued expansion we are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman with proven experience in civil engineering for new projects starting in Co. Kildare / South Dublin.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation and cost estimates.
- Plan the resources, manpower and other materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.
- Prepare budget, manage the project according to budget, controlling the costs and achieving targeted margins.
- Monitor and control the progress of the project by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Execute quality control measures, safety rules and regulations. Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
Job requirements
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Must have a civil engineering degree or relevant qualification.
- 5+ years Site Management experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Clear, concise, and user-friendly writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal/people skills.
- A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors.
- A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
- Understanding of the Irish regulatory and policy issues.
