Job offer description
- Ensure an effective and efficient management of the Shift;
- Ensure an effective and efficient control and management of Headcount according to the needs at any given time;
- Develop actions with the Team Leaders in order to ensure the control and an effective and efficient daily management of absenteeism and Attrition;
- Ensure a good connection / communication between shifts;
- Ensure a good connection / communication with other departments;
- Ensure in conjunction with Team Leaders that operators are provided with all the necessary knowledge / skills
- Follow up and monitor the behavioral climate of the teams, encouraging in conjunction with the Team Leaders actions that promote motivation and the spirit of collaboration / mutual help;
- Ensure compliance with the 5S, WI and all routines as defined in the procedures;
- Ensure the permanent update of the SPQVC Monitoring and all reports
Job requirements
- Higher Education (engineering preferred);
- Fluent English language skills required;
- Computer skills (Office) - Excel preferred;
