Server Team Lead (Live unit)

Playtech’s Live group is responsible for developing a premium casino product offering an unparalleled entertainment experience that customers can enjoy from the comfort of their own homes. How your days will look like

• You will have a chance to work closely with the stakeholders and team members, ensuring the clarity of the processes
• You are responsible for solving problems that stand in the way of Java team`s top performance
• You will ensure a necessary and sufficient level of employees’ professional motivation
• You will be developing server as a part of a Scrum team
• You will have to review and comment team pull requests.

Skill set that will help you to contribute to our success

• You have excellent communication skills and ability to work with people, complemented with at least 1 year of experience as a team leader
• Solving problems and making decision comes naturally for you
• You have strong technological knowledge in Java development, Spring, Hibernate and Oracle
• You have previous experiences working in Scrum teams.
