The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team. The successful person will work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts as part of PM Group’s world leading multi-discipline team.

The person can be based in one of our operations across Europe within the Sustainable Design Bureau. The person can work from either our Dublin or Cork offices. Staff or Contract employment available.

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover stage
  • Undertake LEED, BCA Greenmark, WELL and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemes
  • Advise on NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategies
  • Undertake Climate risk assessment, Building life-cycle assessment & Sustainability master planning
  • Understand and apply current and proposed Sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations)
  • Develop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Support ISO14001 & ISO50001 accreditation as required

Qualifications
 

Qualifications

  • Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject
  • Qualifications in the following; LEED AP BD&C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a sustainability/energy consultant or related position
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Project engineering / management skills
