Job offer description
- You take the lead on developing outstanding user experience
- You develop a deep understanding of user behaviors and habits
- You identify users’ needs, pain points and contribute to developing solutions with real value for the user
- You create user flows and think through usage scenarios
- You conduct or steer user research internationally
- You create storyboards, personas and usage scenarios and screen flows
- You collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers
Job requirements
- You have a degree in product design, innovation design or a similar area
- You bring 5 or more years of experience in developing outstanding user experiences
- You are an expert in wireframe or prototyping tools (Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, InDesign or Figma)
- You are empathic, creative, analytical and user-centric mindset
- You are self-organized and outcome oriented
- You are a team player with good communication skills
- You know your way around design thinking and usability testing methodologies
- Languages: English (proficient), German and any other languages are a plus
- Experience in payment or banking industry is a plus
- Experience in designing user journeys in emerging markets is a plus
