SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Location: Kyiv, Stockholm, Tallinn, London
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for influencing and communicating our technical direction across the Engineering department. You will push us all to work smarter, embrace new technologies and deliver with confidence. Senior QA Engineer should preferably have 4 years of testing experience and at least 2 years experience with work directly with automation tests. He/She will play a key role in mentoring less experienced team members, provide training courses and make improvements to the process. We expect you to take responsibility very quickly, show enthusiasm and improve your skillset. You should also be capable of handling multiple tasks and efficiently prioritizing responsibilities, be up-to-date with latest versions, trends and breakthroughs in technology and development process; e.g. continuous integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the quality of your team(s) deliveries
- Perform testing activities on several projects, communicate with developers and project managers
- Create and update test scripts, reports and other test documentation
- Active participation in planning sessions, providing valuable feedback and accurate estimates for testing tasks
- Analyse results of automation tests execution
- Review test documentation written by other QA team members, providing feedback
- Report and re-test defects found during automation tests execution
- Systematically report status, progress and concerns in a proactive, consistent and accurate manner to QA Team Lead, Scrum Master and other team members
- Working in a self-organized agile team to gain necessary input and ensure accurate and complete testing activities within each area and task
- Provide automation training courses for other QA team members
- Adopting new promising technologies and tools, applying best practices to QA automation process, make recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and processes
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of testing experience (at least 2 years of these in automation testing of web applications)
- Bachelor/Masters degree related to IT
- Experience with Magento
- Experience in testing Web-based applications, Web-services
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in working with web technologies (JavaScript, XPath, AJAX, Web Services)
- Experience in working with version control systems
- Advanced/Fluent English level
- Knowledge of programming on PHP, JavaScript, HTML
It’s a plus if you have the following skills/achievements as well:
- Solid experience in load, performance and security testing
- Solid knowledge of different automation testing tools and more than one script languages
- ISTQB Foundation Level
