Senior Project Manager
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be the owner of a variety of different fun and challenging projects within the company. If you are a problem-solving individual, dedicated to delivering great work and great results, we would like to hear from you!
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery across the company. You will be serving as an interpreter between business users and technical teams and be accountable to oversee planning, staffing, implementation, controlling and the evaluation of all projects within the company.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects
• Work with senior management to define and prioritize projects
• Work with other PM’s, in the planning, staffing, implementing, controlling and evaluation of projects
• Budget responsibility
• Project delivery responsibility
Requirements
• University degree in a subject relevant for the business/role
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Solid knowledge of project management
• Excellent communication skills; you know how to communicate a message in the right context
• Strong ability to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into a collection of technical tasks
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of website/web app development process, including UX design, CMS and mobile
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including API-based back-end services
• Experience and ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional
• Experience with software development and database systems
• Ideally, a good understanding of SCRUM/Agile development practices
• Ideally, Experience with JIRA (and Confluence)
• Experience with QA/Testing is a plus
