Join us to oversee the delivery of Bang & Olufsen’s world-leading in-car audio solutions with some of the biggest brands in automotive. As the automotive market shifts further towards fully electric vehicles, this position will be crucial to ensure B&O is at the forefront of in-car entertainment solutions.

Your mission

As our new Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and developing global commercial relationships with renown automotive manufacturers.

Moreover, you will:

  • Retain, develop and expand key automotive OEM’s accounts

  • Accountable for day-to-day management of existing global partnerships with Ford, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini

  • Create close relationships of influence with teams at Harman (our Automotive business partner) and automotive OEMs

  • Drive innovation and competitive advantages for OEMs, Harman & Bang & Olufsen to expand offering and grow commercial impact within your portfolio of accounts

  • Become fully emersed in the future strategy of our automotive partners, identifying opportunities for alignment and new revenue streams  

  • Identify (with Harman) key new partner opportunities that deliver on our brand affinity, strategic objectives and financial ambitions

  • Develop new go-to-market initiatives that enhance current and future product lines

  • Create pitch documents with key internal and external stakeholders to secure acquisition of new opportunities

  • Onboard new business models to ensure effective collaboration and product launches  

  • Develop software-based, digital and connected solutions aligned with your designated OEM portfolio strategies, keeping B&O at the forefront of in-car audio

Your location and network

Based in our Lyngby offices, Denmark, you will have a wide network internally and externally. You will be part of the Brand Partnership team, reporting to the VP Brand Partnerships & Licensing. You will also regularly interact with colleagues in Finance, Legal, Product Management, Design, Technology, Engineering and Marketing. Externally, you will be a key point of contact with Harman Automotive; as well as the OEM automotive brands such as Ford, Bentley and many more.

Travel within Denmark and internationally will be required for this position

What you bring

We are seeking a gregarious commercial leader, who has experience managing large scale global B2B commercial agreements. Moreover you bring:

  • Excellent commercial acumen (Negotiation, contracting, problem solving, proposition development)

  • Proven stakeholder management skills

  • Expertise and experience in bring complex large-scale projects to market with third parties

  • Experience of working with connected services

  • Track record of developing and scaling business models

  • Comfortable operating in functional teams across different time zones and cultures

  • Understanding and wiliness to learn technical product details, as well as legal, intellectual property and privacy legislation

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
