Senior Manager, E2E Requirements Management (Espoo/Tampere)

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for understanding the soft signals from the market and translate customer needs to implementable software product requirements in an agile manner. It involves collecting and analyzing requirements related to everything from solution architecture for next generation IoT enabled network & services, data monetization, analytics & big-data driven personalization, social media technologies to BSS/OSS and traditional operator services.  You are expected to work independently in your own area of responsibility.

Tasks

You will be responsible for defining the E2E requirements from a holistic perspective to deliver a solution to our customer’s problems. In practice this will mean collecting & analyzing the requirements together with our customer focused business teams as well as driving the requirements management and decision making process to accept, assign and translate those to meaningful epics & user stories implementable by the product teams to satisfy the acceptance criteria and market needs in a timely manner. As an energetic person with a doer mentality, you will be empowered to define and drive the product blueprints and help teams implementing those.

Qualifications

Eager to learn, new technologies motivate you to think differently and define new solutions for customer problems. With a “can do” attitude and an analytical mindset:

• You are able to work effectively, sometimes in high-pressure situations, in an international and multi-cultural environment with fluent English.
• You have a Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Software Engineering with multiple years of hands-on experience in defining & creating large, scalable SW products and solutions with real customer deployments in a Product Management role.
• You have a keen interest in business - and knowing the latest trends in the converging digital transformation market will only help you succeed.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at different levels in the organization will help you achieve your goals.
