Carlsberg Breweries A/S is looking for a Senior IT Audit Manager to join its Group Internal Audit department (GIA).

The Senior IT Audit Manager will be part of a team that works with Carlsberg companies globally. The GIA team consists except the Senior IT Audit Manager of VP Head of GIA, two Directors one in Copenhagen one in the Asian regional office in Hong Kong and five auditors on different levels of experience of which one is situated in the Hong Kong office.



GIA works in a dynamic environment and adds value by providing independent assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s governance, and internal control processes through open communication, professionalism and trust.



Your responsibilities:



As Senior IT Audit Manager you play an active role in optimising processes and procedures in IT. Reporting to Head of GIA, you are responsible of leading a wide variety of IT audits including audit IT controls which external auditors rely on. In your audits you are responsible for planning, conducting, reporting and following up on audits included in the overall Audit Plan. During fieldwork you act as sparring partner for key stakeholders, where you point out issues and challenges, suggest the solutions and continuously enhancing the value adding to the Group. Your responsibilities include providing assurance over IT risks in both applications and infrastructure. At the same time you act as a sparring partner for the business in regards to among other things segregation of duties and application controls. You are also responsible for developing relevant audit standards and procedures, and contribute to quality improvements, and improvement of audit practices.



Your role is considered important in the organisation Group and local IT Top Management relies on your evaluations to make their strategic decisions.







What will you bring to the role:



To succeed in the position it is expected that you combine your solid professional experience in executing IT audits with a Master degree in Auditing or an Engineering degree. Preferably you have a combination of financial and IT auditing experience, where you have worked with SAP systems.



Experience with IT-related risk management and cyber security is a necessity. Being able to understand and correlate complex IT issues with concise business impact will be crucial.



You must have experience in leading IT audit engagements. Besides being a team player, you should be a self-motivated and results driven individual who has a systematic and structured approach to tasks. You have the ability to grasp the big picture and zoom into the details based on risk assessments to consistently deliver quality output within agreed deadlines



You demonstrate a positive personal power in your dealings with stakeholders. You are extrovert and selling in your communication, and like to convince your surroundings about the benefits in changing the way of thinking and processes. Through your structured approach and quality orientation you can handle several tasks at a time, and do it with a high precision level. You demonstrate empathy and understanding for different cultures and motivation for driving business. Your work capacity is high, with flexibility in terms of travelling approx. 30 days a year. You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.
