To support our team located in Szombathely, Hungary we are currently looking for:

Senior Industrial Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead and Coordination of on-site lean implementation activities
• Participate early Flow-3 and Flow-4 business quote activities, Cost books,  MSD planning
• Coordinate frequent update of routings by systematic REFA analyses
• Participates to the new process desing to develop the Lean Engineering principles
• Leads Hoshin, SMED and QRQC workshops
• Strives systematically for manufacturing improvement opportunities
• Contributes to validate the new products full production days to make sure the cell’s standarsd are all properly defined
• Ensures the Lean KPIs are calculated at Group standards and reports monthly the Lean activities status
• Lead the Continuous Improvement Activities of the Plant
• Cycle time, production process and production minutes auditing
• Develop and maintain plant layout
• Develop and maintain the support documentation of cost model for manufacturing conversion cost Define standardize work in a common work instruction and process specification format, follow the document control procedures
• Support all assigned product builds
• FMEA, Control Plan and PFD preparing in SCIO system
• Capacity studies management

Essential requirements:

• Engineering college or university degree, preferably integrated engineering degree or engineering economist degree
• Fluent English language knowlegde – written and spoken
• Lean, Hosin, Kaizen, 5S, EOS reporting, workshop, industrial development projects experience
• MS Office User level
• AutoCAD advanced level
• 2-4 years of experience in electronical manufacturing, preferably in automotive industry
