Responsibilities
- Take charge of month-end closing activities, managing complex accounting processes for specific domains and countries.
- Review accruals and ensure invoices are aligned with accruals for various departments.
- Post payroll-related transactions to specific cost centers and assignments.
- Collaborate with A2R Team Lead, Supervisor, and local teams to ensure smooth closing processes and address any issues.
- Prepare reconciliations, obtain necessary approvals, and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Keep documentation up-to-date to meet Corporate Internal Control requirements and support team members as needed.
- Ensure proper escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders, such as GBS A2R Team Lead, A2R Supervisor, Finance Manager, Controllers, and Corporate Finance.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge to mentor and provide training to junior accountants.
- Support team lead in the development of team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and IT systems, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial environment, including the areas of financial reporting and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP, BlackLine, and BPC is considered a significant advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience and expertise in the operational aspects of process and/or discrete manufacturing companies.
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic work environment while consistently delivering high-quality and integrity-driven results.

- Monthly gross salary up to 2050 EUR, depending on skills and experience
