Senior Frontend Developer

In Netcentric we create enterprise web solutions with the Adobe Experience Manager.

Because we always want to achieve the highest standards for our clients, we work with the latest frontend technologies such as: SASS, Susy, Grunt/Gulp, NPM/Bower, NodeJS, Backbone and whatever new technology is necessary to get the job done.

We are looking for an AngularJS and JavaScript expert who loves to create visually appealing websites with cutting edge technologies.

• Deep knowledge of modern client side technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create pixel perfect websites
• Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks such Ember, Backbone and AngularJS to create fast, scalable and complex web applications that are easy to maintain and extend
• Experience in making website accessible for all devices and assistive technologies
• Solid understanding of implementing responsive websites
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS, LESS or Stylus
• Detailed understanding of cross browser support issues
• Solid understanding on how to debug web applications and how to implement server-client communication with technologies such as HTTP, AJAX and RESTful JSON services
• Solid understanding of cross browser rendering and performance best practices
• Experience delivering high quality and well-structured code in large scale projects
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and common design patterns
• Experience with automating your working process with tools like Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman, NPM and Bower
• Knowledge of server side technologies and its architecture
• Excellent understanding version control systems like Git/SVN and branching models like GitFlow
• You are a creative problem solver, you have attention to detail and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and apply them in projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Experience in leading small teams and taking up project responsibilities
• Proactive and a team player that likes to discuss solutions and ideas
• Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
• Availability to travel
