Job offer description

You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors and the Railway Operator in design,  supply, install, test and commission of the proposed Re-Signalling works  for the existing North-South/East-West  Lines. Your responsibility will include reviewing the contractor’s design submissions and supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of the various proposed signalling systems to ensure constructability and successful commissioning within the contractual timeline.  You will also assist in ensuring safe, reliable, cost effective, and quality signalling works are co-ordinated and carried out in an existing railway environment.

You  are required to be familiar with  state-of-the-art driverless Automatic Train Control system using Communication Based Transmission System , Computer-Based Interlocking System and Automatic Train Supervisory System.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with relevant experience in safety, quality, contract and programme management

• Strong project management, decision making and leadership skills with proven track records

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented.

• Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil, trackwork, electrical and mechanical works.

• Experience in the construction of underground MRT stations will be an advantage

• Those with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions
