Our customers are OEMs, product development companies and system integrators that operate in high tech machine building, medical systems, consumer electronics, automotive, transport & handling systems, oil & gas, and maritime systems.

ENTER employs experienced Architects as well as junior Software Engineers. All of them with solid knowledge of software engineering and passion for their profession. Our employees have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree and work in a role as Programmer, Designer, Tester or Architect. But they also work as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Integrator, Release Coordinator and Configuration Manager.

Job info / requirements

• Operational and technical focus:

Actively contribute and steer all aspects of agile software development: planning, tracking, architecture, development, configuration management, testing, integration, validation, and documentation

• Execution control:

Able to estimate total required team effort, is closely involved in policy preparation and the program of the group

• Continuous improvement:

Leads improvement initiatives with regard to technological improvements, and performs future-oriented studies with other specialists

• Technical seniority:

Recognized by peers because of his technical competences and formulates design specifications based on wishes of the commercial department

• Customer development:

Contact point for customer in the team, identify leads and has contact with the commercial department regarding market demand and customer requirements in the longer term. Willing to travel to customers for middle long period.

• Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the design, realization and test of connected embedded systems or subsystems.
  • Develops the work with focus on consumer needs and technological competitiveness, and keeps this outside-in approach in mind for designs he/she creates.
  • Develops on the basis of design specifications in accordance with the functional specifications and tests, analyses and verifies their performance.
  • Finalizes the design specifications, schematics, drawings, codes and writes test scenarios for the developed modules or components.
  • Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way and is responsible for keeping the costs of the activities in line with the calculated budget.
  • Is responsible for delivering input in the planning process to the project leader.
  • Ensures that there is proper documentation for the developed hardware/software/mechanics.
  • Combines existing and/or purchased modules into components, which can be integrated into the subsystem.
