Senior Backend Java Developer

We are looking for a JAVA web developer who loves to spend time with open source frameworks.

You will work using SCRUM methodology on many high-performing projects for top European companies.

• Hands-on experience  with any kind of content management (including open source)
• Understanding of OSGi
• Ability to explain the HTTP protocol
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (preferably ExtJS and jQuery)
• Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development makes us even more happy
• Ability to extend existing products and leverage their APIs to create a customized web experience
• Familiarity with build tools, including Maven
• Knowledge of version control tools, especially Git
• Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA
• Strong capacity to identify requirements and define technical solutions
• Additional language skills, including German or Spanish, would be an asset
• sailing experience, skipper license
