Our technology

TrackMan products convert raw data from Doppler radar signals to measure ball and equipment kinematics for sports. A patented combination of camera and radar fuses the radar signal with information from video feeds and other sensors. This provides extremely accurate, valuable insights for athletes ranging from top world-class professionals through to enthusiastic amateurs, as well as coaches, scouts, and clubs of all levels.



What we can offer you

You will be joining our 30+ team of hugely talented engineers in the Algorithm Tracking Team where you will focus exclusively on the development and optimization of our tracking algorithms and software. Your main responsibilities will include – but will not be limited to – algorithm analysis and design, implementation and verification. Key metrics are accuracy, error tolerance and robustness.

The Algorithm Tracking Team plays a significant role in R&D. As you will you be able to conduct your own research and development work, you can become a key figure in the development of our world-leading technology. Also, all our products are manufactured in-house so you will see the results of your work actually being made and marketed.



What we are looking for

We need a candidate that can work closely with both our hardware and software teams. The successful candidate has a solid understanding of the architecture of the algorithms, software implementation as well as the larger system.

We expect you to have experience in one or more disciplines within signal processing, mathematical modeling or tracking algorithms. Other relevant topics include optimization algorithms, computer vision, machine learning, and statistics. We also expect you to be able to take responsibility for a specific technical field or eventually lead small project groups within a larger project.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in algorithm development, implementation, and verification in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree in mathematical modeling, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Strong skills in signal processing and/or machine learning
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Solid software development and programming skills within C++ and Python
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Equally at home working independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with Scrum development methods is a plus
