Tender Coordinator for EPC, Renewables

Your position 

As our new Tender Coordinator for EPC, you will be supporting the Tender Managers with planning, coordinating, executing and quality assurance of tenders within the Renewables. This is from receipt of Invitation to Tender (ITT) to contract/project handover, in accordance with time schedules and client’s expectations and requirements.

 

Your tasks & responsibilities 

You will be one of the responsible parties for contributing to the growth and success of our Tender activity for EPC in our renewable business area. 

 

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Tender Managers with daily tasks and follow up
  • Communication and coordination with all stakeholders in the tender process
  • Participating the internal approvals, customer clarifications and contract negotiations
  • Identifying and incorporating any risks and opportunities in the tender
  • Developing the execution plan together with the technical adviser



Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:

  • Education as B.sc or M.sc of Engineering, Marine Engineer or other relevant education
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience as tender support/coordinator
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
