We are looking for Foremen for offshore work in the Danish sector of the North Sea. Throughout the year we will be adding 250 more workers to our manpower pool.

Your position

We offer you a unique opportunity to join Semco Maritime during our largest growth phase yet. You will be working in a turn based 2:2 or a 2:3 which means you will spend 2 weeks offshore and the 2 to 3 following weeks at home. That also means you will have a work/life balance most people will be envious of, because during the 2 weeks of the rotational period that you are home you can dedicate yourself fully to your family, your hobbies, and your passions.



Your tasks & responsibilities

Together with your team you will be playing a key part in ensuring the quality of our costumers’ offshore assets.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading a team of highly skilled employees
  • Planning and ensuring that tasks are resolved in a professional and safe way
  • Reporting

Qualifications

We imagine that you are good at teamwork and that you work detailed manner. You are also responsible and act on tasks. It is important that you possess a safety-first mindset.

To be successful in this position we expect that you have the following qualifications:

  • Educated/trained welder, smith, mechanic, pipefitter, marine engineer or similar
  • Experience from a similar position as a foreman or supervisor
  • Comfortable with the use of IT systems like SAP
  • Preferably: Offshore experience
