Agile ways of working (primarily SCRUM)
Identifying manual processes that are ripe for optimization/automation

Who are you?

As a Scrum Master in LEO Pharma, you are the agile frontrunner in our organization. As such, your primary responsibility will be to establish an environment, where the teams can form, grow and perform. You ensure that the teams live agile values and principles and adhere to the processes and practices that they have agreed to use. In relation, you continuously focus on improving team effectivity, velocity and delivered quality.

Your responsibilities will include:
Continuously drive, challenge and improve our methodologies, including our agile maturity.
Guide and assist a team of international analysts and developers in agile ways of working and best practices.
Ensure the Development team executes on planned activities to drive maximized value back to the business rapidly
Design process improvements (optimization/automation) in close collaboration with developers and local subject matter experts in a format that is easily communicated.
Identify manual processes ripe for automation in close collaboration with a diverse set of functional areas. We expect you to utilize a diverse set of workshops/brainstorming sessions, etc. to capture new processes.

Preferred qualifications and experience
Solid experience with Agile ways of working, preferably SCRUM or SAFe
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Understanding of technical solutions, business processes and have an analytic and methodical approach in problem solving
Experience with process optimization and/or process automation, preferably with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and the Microsoft Power platform)
Previous experience from a global/multicultural environment.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, through all levels of an organization both internal and external
Strong collaborator: Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the automation delivery cycle.

Our team is a key element to succeed with those ambitions, as our focus is to 1) identify manual processes that are keen for automation, 2) automate the process with the most optimal tool and thus 3) provide time back to the business that can be used for more valuable objectives.Our team primarily utilize the Robotics Process Automation tool 'Automation Anywhere' and the 'Microsoft Power Platform' (i.e. Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate), but are continuously working on increasing our toolbelt. We are a strong mix of Danish and international people, so we are forced to be fairly structured in our way of communicating. That means we are strongly depended on Microsoft Teams to communicate and are stringent on visualizing our tasks, goals and impediments in Azure DevOps. We are mature on agile ways of working, as we have utilized SCRUM and SAFe 5.0 methodologies since the unit was established.
