We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will be a servant leader for Scrum Team and will resolve impediments and have control over the Scrum processes. You will be a part of Scrum Team for a new eBusiness platform project and will work in close collaboration with Commercial stakeholders and external consulting agencies. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure Agile process is being followed
  • Plan and lead Scrum ceremonies for the Agile Team (positive, productive, and kept within the timebox)
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile team
  • Help the Product Owner manage the backlog
  • Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
  • Facilitate removal of impediments with focus on completion of tasks and achievement of goals
  • Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
  • Ensure involvement of relevant Digital stakeholders
  • Work with the team to define a release and launch plan

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Master/Bachelor degree in IT or Digital Business
  • At least 3-5 year work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master
  • Good understanding of IT architecture and integration patterns
  • Experience in developing eCommerce platforms
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and process excellence
  • Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones
  • Hand-on experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Fluent in English – oral and written
  • Capable of understanding business ideas and requirements, and ability to transform requirements into digital solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
