Description: we are looking for experienced SALES TRAINER, who will execute training strategy and training processes in Estonia through:
- Identifying individual development and training needs for Zone Managers and Sales Leaders, based on existing standards and training programs
- Creating tailor-made training programs
- Preparing training materials and tools for the field
- Conducting training and workshops
- Developing work standards for field
Experience required:
If you ...
... have at least 2 years of experience in executing trainings
... have pervious experience in sales
... speak English fluently
... are creative and communicative
... have talent for developing people
Contract duration: permanent.
Contract type: full time
