Job requirements
Your accountabilities:
- You will be accountable for engaging and positioning the company with customers with the aim of securing wins on projects in the range of (10 to 200MW sizes)
- You will be the main driver of the sales process
- You are also the main owner of the proposal preparation process, with support from other disciplines
- Along with the proposal team and product team you will be the main driver of successful proposal preparation and financial results
- You will typically work on large industrial projects focused on renewable-based hydrogen production, distribution and integration towards end-customer value chain
- With the support of the internal organization and/or external consultants, you will recommend to the Sales Vice President and the extended teams, the overall project strategy, schedule, deliverables, proposal strategy, to acquire successfully those large projects
- You will lead, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary project team the deliverables to meet customer needs
- You will be focused on BENELUX region

Your profile:
- You are graduated in engineering, finance or economics, with proven technical/financial/commercial expertise in large industrial energy projects, including preferably in the area of renewable energy and industrial gases
- You are an innovative entrepreneur, a genuine networker and curious by nature
- You have a flexible attitude, you are innovative, creative and able to challenge the boundaries, being able to take the various internal and external parties involved out of the box
- You are a real problem-solver, result-driven, positive-minded, combined with enormous enthusiasm and perseverance
- You have good leadership skills that allow you to work through a project from A to Z with other departments and external stakeholders
- You have several years of operational experience in Business Development (face to face with the customers and local authorities)
- You have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the hydrogen and energy sectors; and overall work experience of no less than 5 years
- You speak and write fluently in English (other languages as dutch, german or spanish is a plus)
