As our Sales Manager, you’ll bring in new B2B customers, represent us at industrial exhibitions, and help businesses find the IT solutions they really need. You’ll also be part of a small, ambitious team where ideas turn into action quickly and your work makes a visible impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Selling IT solutions and consulting services to medium-sized businesses.
- Driving outbound sales (including cold calls) and securing new agreements.
- Managing our social media presence and building brand visibility.
- Representing Advaun at exhibitions and customer meetings.
- Supporting the team with a “startup mindset” and willingness to "wear many hats."
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling preferred.
- Knowledge of IT or related industries (automotive, marine, or other technical fields).
- Fluent in Finnish and English; other European languages (French, Spanish, Swedish, etc.) are a plus.
- Resilient and resourceful — ready to keep pushing even when the first answer is “no.”
- Motivated to learn and grow — we value potential and drive as much as experience.

- Experience in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, marine, or automotive, where Advaun targets many clients.
- Background in SaaS or IT solution sales, especially subscription-based models.
- Network in B2B industries that could bring warm leads or potential partnerships.
- Event and exhibition sales experience, including international trade fairs.
- Social selling skills, familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, and digital lead generation.
- Consultative sales approach, able to listen to customer pain points and co-create solutions.
- Basic technical understanding of AI, ERP, MES, or data solutions (to confidently discuss with customers).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building sales processes from scratch.
- Multilingual ability, beyond Finnish and English, e.g. German, French, or Spanish to support expansion in Europe.
- Interest in AI and digital transformation, motivated by shaping the future of smart manufacturing IT.
