Do you work in a restaurant or hotel and want new challenges? We now have a vacant full-time position as restaurant manager in our cozy café in Ekebergparken. Karlsborg Spiseforretning offers simple dining prepared by our skilled chefs at Ekebergrestauranten. In addition, afternoon tea is served on weekends and with its great views of the city, is a destination for parties of different sizes. We conduct a number of events, including corporate events, anniversaries and weddings.
Karlsborg Spiseforretning is part of the Furset group, one of Oslo's largest restaurant operations companies.
The restaurant manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café and for planning and carrying out companies and events both large and small, as well as follow-up and development of staff and routines for the place. You will have great opportunities to influence the place and make it your own.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a maitre d'oepiece or waitress in the field of a la carte or fine dining
- Interest in food and wine
- Independent, structured, orderly and responsible
- Class B driver's license is an advantage

Karlsborg spiseforretning is a pleasant café and banquet hall in Ekebergparken, with great views of the Oslo fjord. The house is a traditional Swiss villa built in 1863 with a rich history. There is easy daytime dining, as well as afternoon tea on weekends and parties in all forms in the afternoon/evenings.
