QUALIFICATIONS:

Leadership experience

Relevant education

Ability to motivate and engage employees

Wine education or equivalent interest

Service-minded

Positive and outgoing attitude, capable of meeting the needs of both employees and guests

A twinkle in the eye!

Ability to handle working under pressure, both individually and collaboratively

Good communication skills

Financial understanding, and the ability to work in a structured and targeted manner to achieve the company's overall goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily operation of the restaurant, actively participating in service (day, evening, and weekends)

Quality assurance of service in line with our concept

Personnel responsibility for restaurant staff

Develop the professional competence of the staff together with our leadership team

Responsible for the Alcohol Serving Permit

Shift schedules

Preserve and cultivate a good working environment

Follow up on our regular guests.

Participate in weekly management/bookings meetings
