Job offer description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Reservations and Sales agent to provide excellent customer services in a professional and high paced environment. The positions' responsibilities will include but not limited to, facilitate the promotion, sales and booking of our company’s services, assist clients with their inquiries, making reservations, and handling requests.

Job requirements
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
- Working knowledge of computerised reservations systems (booking flight and ferry tickets)
- Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism will be considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Appropriate and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional level of the English language
- Knowledge of a secondary European language will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to do basic math.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in marketing and sales is an asset
