Currently we are looking for Reliability Maintenance Engineer for Alten Group in Belgium. This position represents a critical position associated with Maintenance Excellence to support production in achieving best in class maintenance practices. The Reliability Engineer will facilitate and lead teams from all Energy Management organisations to carry out criticality and failure pattern studies and develop maintenance strategies based on these. The jobholder will additionally provide expert equipment failure analysis as required and requested.
Success in the position is defined as complete implementation of the Reliability and Maintenance Excellence Strategy and the achievement of desired Financial and Cultural goals.
You will be responsible to establish and develop the Energy Management team to define, develop and implement best practice and best in class Ways of Working in maintenance. You will support Energy Management team with throubleshooting analyses and methodology epertise. You will be and ensure the link between SM Energy Management/GTS reliability centered maintenance network.

Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in similar position
-Education should include a Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
-Must have experience in Maintenance Operations, scheduling and people management
-Must have experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP as preference)
-Must have demonstrated managerial, analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of lean and six sigma tools
-The candidate must be objective-oriented and able to apply initiative and creativity to the resolution of any issues that arise
-Must be a recognized change agent with an understanding of organizational Change Management processes
-Full understanding of Maintenance / Reliability / Operational Excellence
-Full understanding of supporting foundational requirements such as Program Management “Best Practices”
-Fluent English and French are required
