
Registered Nurse
The Wellbeing Services County of Kanta-Häme is a regional authority in Finland responsible for providing comprehensive social, healthcare, and emergency services to the residents of Kanta-Häme. The Wellbeing Servcies County is committed delivering high-quality, accessible, and equitable services tailored to the needs of its community. It consists of 11 municipalities: Hämeenlinna, Forssa, Hattula, Hausjärvi, Humppila, Janakkala, Jokioinen, Loppi, Riihimäki, Tammela, and Ypäjä. The Wellbeing Services County of Kanta-Häme also includes the OmaHäme organizations, which provide a variety of social and health services, employing more than 6 500 in staff.
As a nurse, you will work as an expert in your own field in a multiprofessional working group. You will participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient's treatment and planning the follow-up care. Nurses role in OmaHäme specialist healthcare services involves self-management, clear independent responsibility areas on pharmacotherapy and a rehabilitative work approach.
The Wellbeing Services County of Kanta-Häme in Finland is seeking to recruit 12 skillful and dedicated registered nurses to full-time permanent positions. The recruits will be assigned to Kanta-Häme's health and wellbeing centers' specialist care units around the region. They will get free-of-charge languange trainig before relocation to Finland.

Qualifications
A Barchelors or Masters level degree from Nursing from an EU/EEA - area educational institution (2005/36/EU) and Registered Nursing -status.
Records
A clean Criminal Record & Record of Good Standing as required by the Finnish Law.
Experience
Preferrably 3 years of previous work experience as registered professional.
Attitude
An independent & responsible attitude, with good communication & team working skills.
Commitment to training
Commitment to a free-of-charge language training program, and to study a minimum 20 hrs per week in order to reach a B1 level of Finnish language at the end of the training.
Commitment to relocation
Commitment to relocating and starting work in Finland after reaching your target in language training.
Language requirements
fluent English language skills. Intermediate English language skills are required.
Additional compensation
for inconvenient working hours (evenings, weekends, nights, holidays, alarm shifts, planned overtime & overtime) and vacation time which are paid on top of the basic monthly salary if and when applicable.
Vacations
Minimum 23 days per year starting after the first full working year acting as basis for calculations. Previous accepted work experience will add vacation days in accordance to experience years. Maximum 38 days of vacation per year based on accrued service years.
