Job offer description
What you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and controlling remotely the work of service teams providing facility management services; services: HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) and GC (General Construction),
- Controlling costs of service partners in accordance with their completed works
- Work planning and reporting in the IT system,
- Direct contact with clients (receiving service requests, updating the status of reported notifications, inspections and commissions),
- Searching for new service partners.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent German or Czech - you will be responsible for everyday contact with our foreign partners (from the country whose language you know best)
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Minimum secondary education (Higher technical education will be an advantage),
- Experience in coordinating works will be an advantage,
- Good organizational skills,
- Creativity in solving problems under the pressure of time,
- Negotiation and communication skills,
- Responsibility and independence at work.
