Position Overview
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Providing detailed information about the campsite, local attractions, and activities.
- Handling bookings, cancellations, and payments.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism;
- Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining

- Can communicate in Dutch and English, knowledge of German is appreciated.
