Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
3. Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and address concerns promptly.
4. Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information.
5. Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.
6. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
7. Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
