We are looking for a new dynamic and professional member of our Reception team for the upcoming 2023 season ( Starting April 13th 2023).

Receptionist will work at reception tasks are: 

Costant care of our guests during their stay

*Check-in procedures

*Check-out: invoicing, assist guests with their luggage

*Reservation by mail, phone and through Pms

* Provide touristic information to guests, assit them in organizing experiences ( sports, tastings, visits, etc.)

*Order and organization in the front and back office

Job requirements

 

*Experience at the reception desk

*Good manners

*friendly, positive apprach 



*Ability to work in a team

*Organizational skills

Nice to have



*Confident use of MO, 

*Other language skills an advantage
