Manager of Project Execution Group in pharmaceutical company Are you interested in influencing the future R&D processes? Are you enthusiastic about management of competent R&D specialists? Then it might be you we are looking for to a newly created position in R&D. To our newly established Project Execution Group we are looking for a Manager to head a team of 10 highly qualified specialists. The team consists of both analytical chemists and product developers who all work in cross-disciplinary projects with development of products and analyses, respectively. You will be referring to the Senior Manager of Product & Analytical Development (PAD) and will become part of the Management Team in the department which also consists of a laboratory technician group and a development technician group. As a Manager your primary task is to support and develop the employees. It is therefore of vital significance that you are passionate about creating results through your employees. You are responsible for setting direction for the department and ensuring the strategic anchoring of the department’s goals. To meet our strategic goals improvement of the processes will also be an important focus area – both internally but also the processes across the organization. It is therefore important that you have a business-oriented approach and are able to communicate throughout the organization. Your background: You have a scientific background at an academic level You have professional experience from an R&D development function, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry You have achieved successful results as a manager and are enthusiastic about the development of your employees You are fluent in written and spoken English Other tasks: Close contact with project managers Eventually, an international involvement in the interconnection of development activities between Denmark and our development laboratory in India.
