Main responsibilities / Tasks:
- Raspberry harvest
Required profile:
- M/F
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Physical Aptitude/capacity.
- Without Criminal Record.
- Qualifications: minimum school level, at least 9th grade.
- Professional experience: preference for candidates with experience in Raspberry Harvest. Candidates with experience in agricultural work in greenhouses are also accepted.
- Language skills: preferably spoken Portuguese, English or Spanish, but not mandatory.
- Availability: for seasonal work, between 2 to 3 months in Portugal.
The company offers:
- Minimum Contract for 2 months, beginning in February/March 2019 until May/June 2019.
- The candidates which have higher education in agriculture can be hired as raspberry pickers, but after trial period may be offered a position as Team Leader;
- The workers that stay the whole season, can be invited to go to other farms in Alentejo between the months of June to October/November.

Basic Monthly Wage
- (40 hours working week, 5 working days week):
- 580€ (monthly wage)
- 96,66€ (twelfths from vacation and Christmas allowance)
- 99,44€ (Food Allowance) or (lunch and dinner meals provided by the farm)
- Total = 776,1€ (before taxes).
- Net value (IRS 0% + SS 11%): 701,67 €

Monthly wage with extra hours
- (48 hours working week, 6 working days week):
- 580€ (monthly wage)
- 96,66€ (twelfths from vacation and Christmas allowance)
- 99,44€ (Food Allowance) or (lunch and dinner meals provided by the farm)
- 100€ to 200€ (extra hours)
- 0€ to 250€ (productivity award)
- Total 876,1€ to 1.226,1€ (before taxes).
- Net value (IRS 5.70% + SS 11%) / (IRS 12.7% + SS 11%): 751,91€ to 971,36€
- Other fringe benefits: accommodation provided by the employer with a cost of 2€/day, in dormitories separated by gender. The employer provides advanced payment of the trip to Portugal, which is deducted from the first salaries.
